What to submit
Submit a developed manuscript together with a synopsis, author biography, contact information, genre, book type, approximate word count, representation status and publishing goal. Supporting material is optional unless specifically requested.
File preparation
Accepted manuscript and supporting-document formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX and EPUB, with a maximum size of 15MB per file. Files should be legible and clearly named. Executables and unsupported archives are rejected.
Synopsis and biography
The synopsis should explain the complete work clearly, including major developments rather than only promotional copy. The biography should provide relevant context about you and your relationship to the project without needing to be lengthy.
What submission means
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, representation, publication or a service offer. No response timeframe is promised. EverGreen Literary may determine that a project is not the right fit or recommend a different form of support.
Rights and confidentiality
You must own or control the rights needed to submit the material. You retain ownership of your manuscript. Files are stored privately and used to review and respond to the submission.
