General approach
Editorial, publishing, design, marketing and consulting services are often customized and reserve professional time. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the agreed scope, work completed and cancellation point.
Consultations
A consultation request is not a confirmed booking. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms are supplied when an appointment is confirmed. Completed consultations are generally not refundable except where required by law or where EverGreen Literary did not provide the agreed session.
Customized and completed work
Once customized work has begun, fees attributable to completed work, research, reserved time and delivered materials are not normally refundable. Work already accepted or fully delivered is not normally eligible for refund.
Cancellation and requests
Send a cancellation or refund request through the contact form as soon as possible, including the project and payment details needed to identify the engagement. We will assess the request against the individual agreement, work completed and applicable consumer rights.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Processing timing may depend on the payment provider and will be communicated with the decision.
